8 pair of our premium craft eyes (round pupil) hand painted with Glow in the Dark Paint. Not only do these have Glow paint, but they are also layered with Hologram paint! In the daylight, the eyes will have a color changing effect! The background is also hologram black, which has flecks of gold in it. The day time eye will be bright and colorful.
Once the eyes are fully charged, they will glow in the dark. Only the color of the eye will glow, not the background. Each of the available colors available are included in this pack. Colors included are, Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Purple, Pink, and White. Washers are included.
